Gisell Zamora Chavez

Gisell Zamora is a Texas producer and filmmaker. She has more than 15 years of experience in commercial, corporate, documentary, and narrative film production.
Gisell began her career in the film industry over 15 years ago and currently serves as a Producer and Production Manager at Rogy Productions. Her experience spans both the creative and operational sides of production. This includes crew coordination, production management, logistics, and overseeing video and film projects from development through completion.
In addition to producing and managing productions, Gisell works in Director and Director Assistant roles. These roles give her a well-rounded understanding of both the creative vision and the practical demands of bringing a production to life.
Her independent filmmaking work includes producing and directing short films such as The Sandford Special and The Dirac Equation. She has also produced micro-documentaries and the feature-length documentary Teotl.
Beyond her work with Rogy Productions, Gisell remains active in the Texas independent film community, participating in commercial and narrative film projects independently and collaborating with filmmakers and production professionals across the industry.
With experience in commercial production, corporate video, documentary filmmaking, independent film, producing, directing, and production management, Gisell brings a combination of creative perspective, technical knowledge, and hands-on production experience to every project.
When Gisell isn’t on set, you’ll often find her exploring. She loves to travel, hike, camp, discover new coffee shops, and experience events and places she hasn’t visited before. She’s also a lover of the arts and enjoys spending time in museums and attending the opera and ballet.
Gisell has a curiosity for different cultures and is currently learning Korean, fueled by her love of K-dramas and K-pop. Additionally, she also enjoys meditation and spending time in nature as a way to recharge and find inspiration.
